Hello
As everything as asthma , tuberculosis , cardiac reason all are ruled out and cough is continue .
As I have seen very FEW cases of such type of cough ( UNINTERRUPTED ) where patient feel cough uninterrupted .
In my opinion inhaled foreign particle in the respiratory system anywhere in airways may be the reason in 15 years patient .
So consult an E N T/pulmonologist specialist and get in laryngoscope examination for any foreign particle and patient will get relief.
Good luck.
