What Could Cause Cracks In Penis And Difficulty In Urination?

Hi, sir..this is raj from chennai. I've found some cracks in my penis, hard to move foreskin because of that, and a white precipitate. but no pain on urine passage, unless i disturb my foreskin. how solve this, is this a serious problem. kindly give some feedback

It might be balanitis, but requires examination to confirm.
So I would suggest you to see local doctor.
Presently I would suggest you not to touch it, you can apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment.
