What Could Cause Delay In Periods?

I am taking marvelon first pack for 21 days and it get over 2 days before along with it iam taking medrol 4mg half tablet each day and glucophage 500 mg 3 tablets in a day. I am waiting for my periods still it hasw not come its 2 days now i finished taking marvelon, what will be the reason??? or whether i shall be pregnant?
