What Could Cause Dizziness And Giddiness Despite Having Vertin And Stemetil To Manage The Condition?

good morning doctor,
my wife is on vertin 16-16-16 n stemetil 10-10-10, for the last 15 days, symptom free. yesterday she slept on her left side, for 3 hours, just now she had dizzinness for 15 seconds n felt giddy, while bending to take rice from the rice cooker. we are worried, what to do?

I really appreciate your concern even after taking this much medicine if your mother does not getting any response from it then I would say that this is not the vertigo due to the ear related nerve problem, but it would need further investigation and the first is MRI this will clear the picture take care and have nice day.
