Hello - lets priortize. The most important issue is your rapid, unexplained wt. loss. The indentation could be from several things,
injury to underlying tissue from a previous injury such as slipping down the stairs and the
weight loss exaggerated the appearance. The weight loss only breaks down to 1 lb per week which, actually, is not excessive. The problem is you didn't plan this wt. loss and don't seem to remember eating less, exercising more or doing anything to cause this consistent loss in weight. To narrow down the reasons for the wt. loss I would need to gather info on how much and what you are eating, what are your
stress levels, are you skipping meals, what are your sleep patterns, and is your
thyroid functioning normally. Why did you have the injections two years ago and would that have anything to do with your current weight loss? Do you consume too much caffeine, a stimilant and known to increase thermogenesis along with green tea, another energy booster. So, make certain you are eating not only enough calories to maintain a healthy BMI, but 500 calories per day for every pound you want to gain per week, if that be the case.
