What Could Cause Explosive, Foul Smelling And Dark Stools?

Hi, I have recently travelled to South East Asia and have not had a normal bowel movement since returning (3 weeks). My movements are explosive, foul smelling and very dark. It sounds like Giardia apart from the dark stool . I m feeling afraid to go to the Doctor incase it is something more sinister. Any suggestions? Thanks

It may be related with bowel infection, stomach loosing blood.
