What Could Cause Extreme Pain In Upper Stomach While Eating Moving To Sides In Back?

extreme pain in central upper stomach
tonight as i was eating supper i started to get an extremely sharp pain in my stomach. I thought it was cramps seeing i am just ending my men. cycle but only enough to see a slight pink in the toilet paper after I pee, which pushing to pee hurts my stomach more. A heating pad on the area helps until i move causing dull pain on my sides in my back along with the extremely sharp pains in my stomach. I am not a drinker so its not alcohol related. Any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have could be due to acid peptic disease and here the possibility of ulcer needs to be ruled out and for that gastroscopy is must till then I would suggest to start Tab Dicyclomine three times in day with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 20 mg once in day, try to avoid the heavy meal, no alcohol, smoking, hope this information helps.
