What Could Cause Fever, Clogged Nose And Blackened Stools In An Infant?

My 17 month old son been having a on and temperature of 100.8 for 4 days now I have been giving him v8 berry juice and he also have a stuffy nose.but since 2days now is stool is black,should I be worried in any way, it was normally before but now it is black.

may be the berry juice is causing the black stools. give him plain fluids water etc. if the stools are still black after stopping the juice get the stool analysed
