What Could Cause Frequent Black Stools After Pressed Nerve In Leg Due To Accident?

Dear Sir,

My father had an small accident, where he fell down from a bike on road, he got some pain in leg, which we took xray, and found safe and only nerve pressed, after that he is getting motions in black color and everyday it is getting 7 to 10, what will be the problem and what action we must take, please advise me.

Hi,

If this was the abdomen injury then such symptom is likely and for that better to rule out the abdomen injury, even the stool need to sent for laboratory investigation because it may not be the exact blood in stool but it could be due to the food taken, in this case investigation needed (Imaging studies).
