What Could Cause Frequent Dizziness?

hi my nephew is almost 7 with no known medical problems was brought to the hospital tonight as he was saying he was getting dizzy and felt sick. once at the hospital his temp. went up to 104. they did xrays blood work, mouth swab and pee test some results they said would be back in a few days but what did come back so far is blood in his urine. what do you think could potentially be wrong with him?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
The symptoms may be due to high fever.
High fever in a 7 year boy may be due to Urinary tract infection,Malaria, Septicemia or Viral fever.
One has to clinically examine ,investigate and come to a diagnosis.
Mean while reduce fever with Paracetamol 15 mg/kg body weight 4-6 hourly along with tepid sponging.
