What Could Cause Frequent Facial Swelling In A 10 Years Old Child?

My son aged 10 years has been frequently getting swelling on the cheeks, around nose and below the eyebrows for the last few months . Sometimes it is above one eye and sometimes above other eye. When he wakes up one or the other area on face is swollen. It happens for a few days and then disappears and then happens again. I thought it is allergy to some new food so we have eliminated all possible allergens from his diet. Why is it happening?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the swelling of the face might be due to certain conditions, Anemia, worm infestation , infections , and these need to be differentiated the condition need to be taken seriously this could be due to allergy of something but looking to the history given here chances of allergic reaction is very unlikely, take care and have nice day.
