What Could Cause Frequent Hurting And Dizzy Feeling In The Head In An Aged Person?
85 year old female. wakes every morning feeling ok. up about 15 mins. and head begins to hurt and she feels like ...as she puts it...like my head is full, semi-dizzy, gets worse as day goes on. has had mri, mra, and ct scan recently. showed a little sinus.

There are many causes for Dizziness , from simple to serious causes . Simple causes are Low / High BP , Low / High Blood sugars , Low / High Blood Sodium levels , Low hemoglobin , Generalized weakness due to Vitamin deficiency etc ...
Serious causes includes Heart problems , Brain Problems , Reduced Blood circulation to Brain ... Since MRA, MRI has shown no abnormalities I don't suspect a Brain issue . So left is Heart and other simple causes mentioned .
I advise you to get 2D Echo ( for heart ) get her BP checked in lying down and standing position , her hemoglobin levels , Serum Sodium levels , Serum Vitamin B12 levels , Serum Vitamin D3 levels .
Kindly revert back with the reports .
