What Could Cause Frequent Motions And Fever, Medicines Offer Little Relief?

Hi Doctor, My baby is 6 months old and he is 8.7 Kgs. He has frequent motions since last 10 days and he has mild fever since yesterday. My current paediatrician has given him 5 days dose of Oflomaxacin and currently he is on enterogermina and Taxim - O. But the condition is not improving.
