General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Frequent urination after bladder re construction indicate issues with bladder musculature, internal or external sphincter, pelvic diaphragm or else.

Need a diagnostic uroflowmetry for best evaluation as there is already months of surgery, and this requires a permanent cure.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
