What Could Cause Frequent Urination, Pain In The Lower Back And Abdominal Pain?

Went to local hospital yesterday with pain in my right lower back moving to back to side, as the day went by it started in on my left side but still more severe on my right and cant seem to find any way to get comfortable, urinating a lot More than usual, the test they ran came up normal, and said it is muscular, I have not insured myself or pulled anything but in so much discomfort and stomach hurts too.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
