What Could Cause Frequent Urination?

I have been concerned about my urine health over last two weeks, I have been visiting toilet fairly frequently and producing small amounts, I also feel discomfort around the vagina area, I have been drinking more water hoping that would help which has, but have now started noticing a brown/yellow discharge when wiping after urination. I am a 59 year old female.

Hi, you could have urinary infection or bladder overactivity causing you to urinate frequently. A simple urine test and if needed, a sonography will let your doctor know if it is an infection (a course of antibiotics) or overactivity (bladder training/limited fluid intake/bladder-relaxing medications).
Any vaginal discharge should be investigated, especially at your age, including a pelvic exam and pap smear.
Your family doctor can address both issues and if needed refer you to a urologist or gynecologist as required. take care.
