What Could Cause Gastric Pain?

I am 49 years old male over weight diabatic habits of regular exercise good food habit recently lam suffering from pain in a gastric region with loose motion u s g report sows modarate fatty liver is there. As advised by doctor l am takeing cetapin xR 1Mg , telpress m t 50, atocor 1omg, . Please advised me to combat this situation.

Noted the history about 49 years old male, overweight, diabetic with regular exercises and god food habits. Suffering from pain in gastric region with loose motions, USG showing moderate fatty liver, taking Cetapin XR, Telpress and Atcor.
Loose motions with gastric pain indicate that you have gastroenteritis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination so that a proper clinical diagnosis and medical treatment can be started.
Getting control over the diabetes is very important in such a situation for the infection to get a proper control.
Further tests of stool, blood and urine will help as well as the ultrasonography to rule out any internal problems.
