What Could Cause Gastric Problem?

I am having constant gastric problem but not so acute ,no vomiting or nothing of the sort but heart burning happens when some spice food ,milk, mutton I use to take. I am 40 yrs old and 59 kg weight. I want to put some wt.I love milk but I think I am not able to digest it .As I am not fond of non veg food and not feel easy after taking spicy food so can I take protein powder regularly or it will worsen my gastric condition.For your kind reference my Lipid is normal.Please suggest some action regarding the above said intake of protein shake. Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of constant gastric problems, heartburn on spicy food, milk and mutton. Also note that you are 40 years old and 59 kg in weight, want to put on more. Lipid profile is normal.
The history indicates that you have intolerance to proteins and you have to start taking the protein shakes by low quantity, increase slowly and then along to continue if it suits you.
You may try Whey proteins.
It is better that you take the sprouts and dals which have high protein contents and may suit you the best.
I would further advise you the following:
Make a practical list on paper of the foods, additives, spices, beverages, ice creams and so on to see which instigates or enhances your stomach problems.
You have to strictly stop these.
A course of probiotics, steroids antihistamines can help you in some instances.
