What Could Cause Hardness In Fingers?

Hi Sir, This is basant from Noida, I have been my fingers skin getting harder and breaking after that. I took medicine, In which vitamin E has been given to me, also an ointment which heals it for few days. After few days it again comes back. Please advice on this.

possible causes like hyperkeratosis must be ruled out. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. Topical salicylate will be effective.
