Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Please get her x-rays of both heels, since commonly the cause for such pain is plantar fasciitis. It is generally not associated with chicken guinea fever.

Treatment will depend on the x-ray findings.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gopal Goel,
