What Could Cause Honeycomb Rashes All Over The Body, Especially After Shower?

I have noticed what I call a honeycomb patterned rash all over my body after showering and on my legs and arms other times. I googled it and found others who describe the same thing. But I didn't find any out right answer as to what it is. I am currently investigating dysautonomia and wonder if it is related. Thanks for your help!
