What Could Cause Knee Pain?

Sir,
I am having Knee pain in right leg.Xrayed. nothing found . normal. took some pain killers. some days felt no pain. Some body tell that is due to hiranya. If i pass urind Slightly pain goes from the kennes.Sometimes I am getting Pain in my bottom of the foot.It dis appears after passing the urine passed.

Hi,
Micturation ( passing of urine ) and your knee pain is in no way inter connected.These 2 r completely 2 different entities.The only possibility is that if u r above 45 yrs of age, then when u sit to urinate, u may be feeling the pain in your knees due to OSTEOARTHRITIS.

But if u r young pt, these r not inter related. It can be chondromalacia patella.

TREATMENT: quadriceps exercises ( dynamic and static ) with hot water fomentation should do the job.
