What Could Cause Left Sided Stomach Pain?

I feel a pain in my left side of my stomach and it kind of comes and goes as I move around in different positions and web I take a deep breath. I have pooped but only a little bit within the last couple days. I kinda feel like I have to poo more but nothing comes out. What's wrong with me?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the given history here I could say that this could be intestinal infection and the possibility of protozoa infection is likely and in my opinion this condition need to be treated with the Tab metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days" and Tab Dicylomine three times in day, take care and have a nice day.
