What Could Cause Light Headed?

Today, I felt lightheaded like I was going to pass out. I also got a cooling sensation in my upper body at the same time. I got up and went outside and took some deep breaths in the cool air. It eventually went away. Could this be an anxiety attack?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Light headache, tingling sensation, palpitation etc are symptoms of anxiety disorder. If you have frequent such kind of attacks, then you need low dose antidepressant or benzodiazepine. These drugs would help to control such episode. You can also do relaxation exercise to control such episode. Better to consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis and prescription. in case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
