What Could Cause Light Pink Tissue Like Spots During Urination?

Three days ago 12 days untill my period i started having      light pink discharge when i pee. It's been on and off or three days yesterday i peed and it still was but in the toilet there were two light pink tissue looking spots in there.
What's wrong with me?
