Hi
I have this one litte red spot on the top of my penis, I have not had sex in more than 4 months and when I did that it was protected. I have had one blow job during this time, and a massage with a happy ending.
It just all of a sudden appeared a day or so ago, doesnt itch at all, and is not coming out of the skin, feels like its flat.
The only thing I can think of is, I used a pretty dirty bathroom the same day it showed up, I had to go and now it has been there, its only been a day but its killing me to know what it is.
Hi, Welcome to HCM. This red spot on your penis may be due to various causes (infection or non infection). Even the application of soap can cause a symptom like this. Cleaning with plain water is enough. Never use any extra cleansers like antiseptics etc. Oral sex can also can lead to such spots either due to injury or yeast infection or some other irritation due to anaerobic organisms. If possible upload the picture of your lesion. It would not be anything serious. Consult your Dermatologist. Sometimes spontaneous healing is also possible without any intervention. Get well soon.
