What Could Cause Multiple Bruising On Knee And Leg?

Hi my girlfriend for the past two three weeks has been haveing multiple bruises on her legs and knees, I looked today and some of them are indented, I'm very concerned because they hurt when you touch them but she can walk on them fine and everything, it only hurts when you touch them, I'm curious on what it might be

Hello

I have studied your case

If there is no trauma history then infection of skin need to be ruled out.
Your symptoms suggest systemic infection leading to swelling bruises
Enlarged lymph node need to be examined.

You may need to investigate in form of complete blood count, ESR, CRP,
