What Could Cause Nausea?

hai doctor, My problem is i am not able to eat the food properly,it feels me vomiting. Whenever i woke up morning i feel vommiting and so that i am not able to eat the food also and my health is getting weak day by day. i tried many medicine but not curing so far.sp please give me a suggestion.j

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to viral infection and the possibility of hepatitis needs to be ruled out here so I would suggest to get done the liver function test, have complete bed rest, if the symptoms becomes worse then you will have to see the doctor or ER hope this information helps.
