What Could Cause On And Off Pain In Upper Abdomen, Bleeding Adn Yellow Stuff In Stools, Palpitations After Eating?

Hello hopefully you can help me. My symptoms include -pain on the upper left side of my tummy just above my belly button -It occurs randomly before and after I eat. -sometimes when I poop I bleed from my anus. Sometimes there s blood on the stool as well, sometimes there s not. Once there was a lot of blood not sure where from! -I ve noticed that there are some white sometimes yellow stuff in my stool it s small in size but visible. -when I eat I feel very full lately, which lasts for hours I could literally go 7 hours without feeling hungry!! I feel like the food is all concentrated in the middle of my upper stomach. I also have strong palpitations after I eat. -I don t open my bowels as often as I used to. I used to go at least 1 a day. However I can go between 3 and 4 days without going. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Many thanks

Noted the history of pain in left upper abdomen, just above belly button, occurs randomly, there is bleeding from anus on passing stool, there are white and yellow stuff in stool, feels food is in middle abdomen, frequency of passing stool is once in 3-4 days now a days...
As per the history you have provided, there looks to be constipation with fecolith impaction in the large intestine that is causing pain and fullness.
I would advise you the following:
Get an X-ray of the abdomen to see for any signs of intestinal obstruction, fecoliths in large bowel and so on.
Get enema to clean the large bowel.
Start stool softeners and laxatives to have regular bowel movements so that your problem may be solved.
If there is no relief with these measures, you may need further studies like colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen.
