What Could Cause Orange Bits In The Stool And Constipation In An 18-year-old?

Hi I m really worried. I m 18 and I seem to keep getting constipated and my stools seem to change and when I went to the toilet I noticed some little orange bits in my stool along with what seemed like tissue. I don t seem to have any pain but i m still worried

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation.

The orange bits are probably related to eating red or orange foods.

I recommend using laxative such as Miralax.

I also recommend taking daily probiotics.

I suggest you drink liquids and eat a fiber-rich diet with fruits and vegetables.
