What Could Cause Pain In Right Abdomen While Sleeping?

Hi; I am BHsAG positive; anti HBsAG positive; HBeAG negative; liver function tests normal just by now. and a year ago, the viral load was undetectable. But some times specially when I sleep, I feel upper right abdominal pain. three months ago I had follow up and my ultrasound result was ok. What could the reason be behind my pain? what do you advise me?

It can be due to liver or other causes, once again repeat USG and take treatment for hepatitis B infection.
