What Could Cause Pain In Right Upper Arm?

I have been having this pain in my right upper arm. Its around a mole that i have, ( not one that is above the skin though) It almost feels like having an iv and being injected with meds because i am having a burning sensation as well. I havent injuried my arm in anyway and havent done anything out of the ordinary activites. Should I make an appt with a dermatologist? Or my family doctor?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It could be related to local inflammation or a pinched nerve. For this reason, I would first recommend consulting with a dermatologist. If this does not help, the next step would be performing nerve conduction studies in order to exclude a possible pinched nerve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
