What Could Cause Pain In Side Of Stomach And Headache In A Child During Bedtime?

My 6 year old daughter complains of a yucky stomach & headache and now pain in her sides at bedtime every night for the last month. She s fine the rest of the day. When I ask, she says her stomach starts to get yucky around mid-afternoon. She has a high pain tolerance and usually doesn t complain unless something really hurts.

Greetings of the day

I would suggest U;trasound abdomen and Erect X Ray abdomen for further evaluation.
Possibility of worm infestation is to be considered which is the most commonest cause.
Empirical treatment with Albendazole whih is antihelmenthic will be beneficial.
