Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be a urinary tract infection. Some times during infection, there may be rise in B.P. due to incomplete evacuation of urine.
I advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. to exclude the renal stones.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, mefenamic acid, and urinary alkalizer.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
