What Could Cause Painful Urination In A Child With No Detection Of Infection?

My 5 year old son is complaining when he tries to pee it hurts really bad to the point he is crying. I have tried cranberry juice and he has had 3 cups of water and still has not pee again. I took him to er they say there's no sign of infection. So what do I do?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having,
Urinary tract infection,
Pin point fore skin opening at glans i.e. Phimosis.
Go for urine check up for infection.
Consult your doctor and get his penis examined.
Give him plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
