What Could Cause Painless Indentation In Shin And Locking Of Finger Joints?
sir Im 45 years male with martial art sports background but due to professional liability my physical activities have been at halt for few years.My shin or portion between knee and ankle has peculiar symptoms which I have noticed recently.If i press with finger there is a deep formation and i can form as many deeps i wish to without pain and after sometime those deeps goes off. My right hand middle finger gets locked if i bend it in the early morning and now this problem is extended even during day YYYY@YYYY

hi these indentation on shin are because of swelling(oedema).these may occur either physiologically i.e. because of long sitting/standing and disappear on lying down.my advice would be check your blood proteins and serum creatinine,blood urea(pathological reason).take diet rich in protein,calcium and vitamin D. as far as finger is concerned it is called 'trigger finger'.it requires regular finger excercises along with ibuprofen,if not relieve in 2-3 weeks inj.cortisone is used at palm. take care and wish you good health
