What Could Cause Pink Dots In A Child's Face?

hello my baby is 10 month old is having pink dots in her face and also on her hand too.The symptoms started when were preparing to leave on vacation to india from USA.Now her face has got nearly 8 pink spots.Whart could it be,also she has no signs of fever,she is peeing and pooping well and her behaviour is normal too..

Hi the pink lesions may be due to mosquito bites or due to allergic reaction that happened when you were preparing for vocation. You can apply topical calamine lotion and wash face with soft soap more often. If not relieved with the above measures then consult your doctor for examination and further management.
