What Could Cause Pins And Needles On Right Side?

In the last month or so, the right side of my body has been falling asleep, or suffering from the pins and needles feeling quite often. It usually occurs when I am sleeping and it happened again last night in my right arm. I lift it until it goes away, and this morning it feels like I worked a muscle in my arm. What could be wrong with me?

Hello,

It could be due to peripheral neuropathy. Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. As of now, analgesics like Tramadol can be taken for symptomatic relief.
