I have a rash on my arms and legs, they don t itch, they start out red and are so annoying, I don t even want to wear shorts or short sleeve tops, any idea what this is? I did go to a dermatologist and he did cut one off and said it was excema, but mine look nothing like excema that I ve seen on the internet.
Have you included anything new in your routine like any new soap, cosmetics, food or are you allergic to something?
Apply Alokem gel + calamine lotion, mix both and apply 2 to 3 times per day. Use cetaphil moisturizing lotion for regular use.
Cut down hot water bath and cut down your bath time also. Use cotton clothes mostly and apply Suncross Aquagel, 20 minutes before going out.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
