What Could Cause Recurred Cold Body And Shaking With History Of Having Fever And Flu Test Being Negative?

My 4yr year old daughter has had fever for the past 3 wks -doc said she had the flu but on the test it came our negative and she was doing good for about 5 days and then started again yesterday - last night she was shaking but was very cold - what can be wrong?

Fever with shivering is due to either
Malaria
Urinary tract infection and
Septicemia.
Better consult pediatrician and arrive at a correct diagnosis.
