What Could Cause Red Rashes On The Head Of The Penis?

Hi, I've noticed a red rash (particularly on the sides) and red spots under the skin on the head of my penis and wondering what it is? It tends to be worse after sex, and can also be quite prominent if I don't have a shower for 24 hours.
What could it be?
Thanks.

Hello
Thanks for query .

Red rash and red bumps on glans penis after the sex are mostly due to allergic reaction to either vaginal secretions of your partner or due chemicals used in condom as a lubricants .-(Ballanitis)

Get her examined by qualified Gynecologist and ask her to take treatment if required.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
