What Could Cause Regular Muscle Pain And Weakness After Waking From Sleep?

I have a sudden onset of muscle pain and weakness totally released by 20mg of prednisone. All inflammation tests are normal. The pain is worst after sleeping and during the day seems to get a little better. Then it Starts all over again after sleeping. This have been ongoing for 6 months

this is typical neuropathy resulting from arthritis ( spondylitis) in your vertebra, i recommend ct scan to confirm
