What Could Cause Repeated Miscarriages With On And Off Brown Spotting With Tissues?

History- had a misse miscarriage with cytotec management, then blighted ovum, now missed miscarriage diagnosed 4 weeks ago when I should have been 12 weeks along. Been having brown spotting off and on for almost 2 weeks now with occasional small tissue. One episode of bright red blood but no clots or tissues no s/a of infection. Trying to wait it out naturally this time but unsure what to expect. Is this normal progression?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The intermittent spotting and tissue that you are seeing is due to the missed abortion that you are having. You need to get this evacuated and get detailed investigations done to find out the cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
