What Could Cause Right Shoulder Sloping Lower Than Left Shoulder In A Child?

I have recently noticed that my 12 yo daughter s right shoulder slopes downward lower than her left shoulder. It is pretty noticable watching her walk from the back and her bra strap on that shoulder is always falling off. She has no pain and didn t notice it herself. What could be causing this?

Consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

An MRI is required to rule out ligament or tendon involvement.
