What Could Cause Sagging Of Testicles ?
Why do my balls hang this way?
A year ago I got really sick and had fever , a bad cough and all that stuff. After the sickness my testicles no longer felt the same. They sagged and were very loose. I got an ultra sound and they found nothing. Now a year later and my balls still feel saggy and are very loose I can move them around freely and almost flip the right one. It feels as if they are connected to nothing. Idk what it is, none of my other friends feel the same , I feel like something is wrong with me. I can't wear boxers or anything :( help they sag even when it's cold, what can be causing this?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that are worried about sagging of your testicles which hang lower than what you expect it to be,
The size of your scrotal sac may be abnormally large hence causes testicles to hang little lower and free than normal .Please note that this has no significance at all as for as function of the testicles is concerned.
Please wear brief that will give good support to your testicles and prevent them from sagging .
