General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Common cause for having lower back pain with vaginally odor is urinary tract infection or pelvic inflammatory disease, both of which needs to be treated with antibiotics if symptomatic and there is bacterial growth on urine culture or vaginally swabs.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anant Paul, General Surgeon
