welcome to Health care magic. 1.Since your reports come up normal. 2.All you need is simple remedy to get rid of pains, try lying on a flat bed ( little hard so that spine lies flat not on a bumpy kind of mattress, and do the exercises prescribed by orthopaedic specialist ( however physiotherapy is the same). 3.And keep it in practice and continue on daily basis.Hope fully things should help. 4.Actually for 12 years the weight is high, it could be one of the cause and it is the initial source of all these causes. 5.Do needful things to reduce weight. Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
