What Could Cause Severe Bladder Infection?

Hi, im 18 years old, im worried i may be pregnate, i havent had my period in about 3 months but no other symptoms that lead to pregnancy. Also we are very safe when we have sex. About a month ago i had a severe bladder infection that i took antibiotics for. could this cause my change in menstral cycle or am i pregnant?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if you had a history of bladder infection and had a antibiotic for that then this is nothing to take with menses, even no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
