What Could Cause Severe Fatigue, Myalgia, Photophobia, Chills And Nausea In A 66-year-old?

i am a 66YOWF typically very healthy and active. However, for 2 weeks i have had severe fatigue, myalgias, arthralgias, photophobia, chills and nausea. Flu swab was negative. Basic labs, vitals are all fine. this year i have had to have 3 spinal steroid injections. Last one was Sept 24 Differential?

Conditions like fibromyalgia has to be ruled out.
