What Could Cause Severe Hand Tremors?

Hello Sir,I m ankit, age 28, weight 70 . I ve been suffering from shivering problem.I don t have any disease. I cannot take any drug , not smoker but I don t understand why my hands are shiverin.this problem is from last 10 years.this is not just beacuse of nervousness evenif it happens every time....when i shake hand people and when i hold a glass from my hand...so plz help what to do...

Since you have these issues from-0 years is unlikely that the hands shaking to be caused by another underlying cause. Essential tremor is a condition to consider in your case. See a neurologist for your issues.
